Applications for Semester 2 2011/2012 open on Sunday 4 December

ACK’s Maritime Centre provides the maritime industries with a wide range of programmes and services that are designed to meet both statutory and industry requirements.
These programmes are competency based and focus on measurable learning outcomes. They are delivered by competent, experienced and professional staff using a wide range of modern teaching methods.

Our aim is to help the maritime industries ensure that their personnel have the required knowledge, skills and attitudes to perform safely and efficiently in a demanding workplace.

ACK’s unique integrated simulator suite consists of:

  • A TRANSAS Full Mission Shiphandling Simulator with three own ship bridges
  • A TRANSAS GMDSS Communications Simulator
  • A Lockheed Martin Port Operations Simulator

These simulators provide the ability to perform a wide range of complex operations including but not limited to Ship handling and VTS port operations.

Diploma and Foundation applications

Diploma and Foundation applications closed 28 September 2011. Applications for Semester 2 will reopen in December.

ACK signs sponsorship agreement of 'Proud To Be Kuwaiti'.

The Australian College of Kuwait (ACK) has announced sponsoring the 4th Proud To Be Kuwaiti Forum, that is held under the patronage of HE Prime Minister Sheikh Nasser Al Mohammad, during the period March 15-20.
