Repeating courses

At the end of each semester, each individual student's result record is checked and any student identified as having incomplete units will be reviewed by the Head of Department. ACK has a set of progression rules for students with incomplete units.

ACK English Language Program: 

Students enrolled in the ACK English Language Program who fail to complete the entire semester of work must, because of the nature of the program, repeat the entire semester.

ACK Foundation Program: 

Students are required to successfully complete a Foundation Program within two semesters from the date on which the Foundation enrolment commenced.

ACK Diploma Program: 

Diploma students with one incomplete unit are permitted to progress to the next semester and repeat the unit again and pay the associate fee. Diploma students with two or more incomplete units are required to repeat the units before progressing to the next semester. Students are required to complete a Diploma program within six semesters from the date on which the Diploma enrolment commenced.
