An official transcript is the College’s certified statement of a student’s academic record. The official transcript is printed on security sensitive paper and contains a College seal and signatures of the Dean – Admissions & Registration and Registrar.
Ordering an official transcript
If you are a current student or a fresh graduate you can order an official transcript through the Registration Online Services (çadd as a link). In the event the Registration Online Services in not active, an official transcript can be ordered at the Registration counter, however you must present your ACK Student ID card. More than one transcript may be ordered and there is a non-refundable KWD 5 fee for each official transcript. Your official transcript/s will be ready for collection after three (3) working days.
For your protection, we will not release an official transcript to another person without your written consent by way of the Student Release of Information Consent/Withdrawal Form(çadd as a link). For sponsored students, an official transcript will be provided to your sponsor when requested.
- Maximum processing time for all requests is three (3) working days* from receipt of request.
- If a transcript remains uncollected for over one semester, the transcript will be shredded. Student must request a new one and pay for a new one.
*Please note, official Academic Transcript orders take a processing time of three (3) working days to ensure the accuracy of the academic record. We appreciate your patience as we actively handle requests in the order that we receive them.
Situations that will prevent the issuing of an official transcript
- Any type of Hold (Stop list)
- Insufficient or inaccurate, identification information.
